    I am trying to create a slider in Section 1 that will feature 4 photos. I want it to fully cover the area above the fold, edge to edge with no margins or padding. I can't seem to get it to work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thank you!

    Edit front-page.php and remove the wrap from the code that creates front-page-1. It is at line 69. When you open the file in an editor, the code to change looks like this:

    	genesis_widget_area( 'front-page-1', array(
    		'before' => '<div id="front-page-1" class="front-page-1 flexible-widget-area bg bg-scrim" style="background-image: url(' . $front_page_image_1 . ')"><div class="wrap">',
    		'after'  => '</div></div>',
    	) );

    Change it to:

    	genesis_widget_area( 'front-page-1', array(
    		'before' => '<div id="front-page-1" class="front-page-1 flexible-widget-area bg bg-scrim" style="background-image: url(' . $front_page_image_1 . ')">',
    		'after'  => '</div>',
    	) );

    Awesome works perfectly! 🙂 THank you!

    I am facing another challenge and have tried different scenarios with Photoshop. The slider should be 1920 X 500. Other images are ok but there is one image that has dimensions at 1920 x 1100 and the slider keeps shrinking it to a more narrow image. There are 2 other images that have the same dimensions and they aren't narrow but cut off.

    I'm looking for more solutions but I feel like I am chasing my tail...

    Thanks, was looking for this too...Is there also a way to have the slider images have a middle vertical alignment?
